I have had nothing but a GREAT experience with Alyssa and staff. This is a small family owned business, who in fact has grown tremendously due to the one of a kind designs and word of mouth that this establishment has been given. This business was small and off the spectrum until Alyssa was able to showcase her amazing designs. Now this business is off the charts and highly recommended. Alyssa wants to make sure that she serves everyone the best way she can and in a first come first serve basis with a one of a kind design. It doesn't matter how much money you have she does it ALL on a first come first serve basis and I will always respect that money does not talk in this business and I can't respect that enough! Great Job 14k and staff I appreciate all you do and all of the stuff you have designed for me and my family.

Alyssa is absolutely amazing, as well as all of the staff that we have worked with. I ended up walking in as a stressed out bride to be overwhelmed with options for rings and being a picky person. She has done an incredible job of keeping our timeline, communication, educational and financial responsibilities. I didn't have an appointment, but they talked me through the process when I was in and got in with my future hubby later in on a consultation appointment. It has been smooth sailing. I ended up installing Instagram just to see more of her work and the shop because it's all gorgeous. Her designs are incredibly thoughtful and I love everything she has worked on for us.

Designing a ring with Alyssa and working with 14 karat was an incredible experience! We wanted to upgrade my wedding ring for our 25th anniversary. We mwt with Alyssa and wanted to utilize my original diamond and the diamonds and emeralds from earrings i had owned. She created a design that was completely my personality! She was honest and fair and so creative. My new ring is beautiful and I am so in love! I have referred individuals to 14k for years. Alyssa and 14k never let us down.

Saw John at 14k Omaha and I highly recommend you do too! He was very helpful in explaining my different options and helped me find something that my fiancée loved. Ring shopping can feel overwhelming but John’s patience and knowledge made it feel like a breeze. Don’t shop online where prices are inflated. Go into 14k and hold the diamond in your hand that you will be buying. Thank you again!
